Because each item is unique we accept returns on a very limited basis; damaged in shipping or lost items. Proof of damaged item including packaging must be provided. Handmade soap is non-returnable.

For our farm friends who are local to East Texas on farm pick up is an option. This must be arranged by calling Melanie to ensure someone is here when you arrive.
